Description
In this baby sign language video lesson, you will see three different versions of the Canadian alphabet song. The preview gives you an example of what each video segment will teach you. This video is the Canadian version of the Alphabet Songs - American Version. The only difference is the picture of the quarters and Zed vs. Zee for the letter 'z' (We say Zed in Canada).
The first segment is designed for children to practice their American Sign Language Alphabet. They can see the different hand shapes and sign and sing along with the song. We made the song slow enough for the child to be able to change and absorb each hand shape.
The second segment is designed to teach the sounds the letters make. Once you learn the sounds of the letters you can then start to put together words. You can ask your child what does C (showing the letter c and having them sound it out), A, T spell - you can sound it out together as you go.
The third segment teaches you the signs in the first alphabet song. At the end of this song I will go over how to make each sign.
Each song has a chapter marker so you will easily be able to find the particular song you like.
I hope you enjoy singing along to these songs!

Okay, not really but this is great stuff for future moms! I'm totally going to teach my kids how to sign. The results are amazing and the most rewarding for you and your child. Now if only I can find out where to find the scales for this song and be able to learn the guitar! Then I'd be the coolest mom there is :)
